Refund & Cancellation Policy

Participation in Project 101 Explorers is confirmed only after:
• Application approval
• Full payment of programme fee
• Submission of required documents

Seats are limited and confirmed on a first-confirmed basis.

1. Participant Cancellation

Refunds will be processed as follows:

Deductions apply due to advance commitments for flights, accommodation, logistics, and programme arrangements.

2. Visa Rejection

If a visa application is rejected, the programme fee will be refunded after deducting actual expenses incurred (visa processing, insurance, flights, and administrative costs).
Official visa rejection documentation must be provided.

3. No Show

Failure to join the programme on the scheduled departure date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.
No refund will be applicable.

4. Programme Changes

The organisers may make reasonable adjustments to programme schedules, visits, speakers, or accommodation due to site access, weather, or logistical requirements.

5. Programme Cancellation by Organisers

If the programme is cancelled due to circumstances beyond organiser control (government restrictions, natural disasters, travel disruptions, etc.), participants will receive either:

• Transfer to a future edition, or
  • Refund after deduction of non-recoverable costs.

6. Transfer of Participation

Participants may request a transfer to another eligible professional or another programme edition, subject to approval and made at least 21 days before departure.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance can be bought while booking your tickets and is compulsory. Any claims for medical emergencies, delays, or personal circumstances must be handled directly with the insurance provider.

8. Personal Expenses

The programme fee does not cover Flights and insurance, personal expenses, shopping, activities outside the programme, or personal travel extensions.

9. Agreement

By confirming participation, participants acknowledge that they have read and agreed to this policy.
